I adapted stoempie's model from thingiverse for Bambu Studio.
would also work for PrusaSlicer, just add the following code in PrusaSlicer under:
Printer Settings → Custom G-code → Before layer change G-code
maybe i will also adapt it for prusaslicer when i need it next time
