well, it's tha time of the year again, when i go into my 2 month long fallout bender (triggered by the leaked trailer of the fallout tv show trailer)
which led me to model one of my favorite weapons from the game, the 10mm pistol
i modeled this with some new features for props, in this case, a removable threaded suppressor, moding slide and removable magazine
i have also included a PDF file as a short guide to how to put every piece together
NOTES:
the handle pieces are symmetrical except for the safety switch, if you want it to be placed on the opposite side, you would need to mirror both of the handle pieces and the safety switch
There are 2 different grip pieces, smooth and textured:
there are 2 pieces that have spaced for 5mm rods to act as internal structure
Rod measurements:
5mm diameter x 92mm lenght
5mm diameter x 120mm lenght (x2)
there's also a pair of magnets needed for the magazine
magnet measurements: 6.35mm x 2.54mm
for the slide, you'll need rubber bands
on the “slide” piece, there's a hook part for one end of the rubber band to be in, and on both of the “handle” parts, theres a T shaped pieced for the other end of the rubber band to be wrapped around in
theres also some grooves to help keep the slid in place and aligned along it's path
