In my opinion, the best mount for adding linear rails and a Hemera to your 3D printer. I used this on a an Ender 3, but any printer with 2020 extrusion should work. Most mounts offset the Hemera from the linear rail block. But using flush head screws, I was able to make a single piece mount that has the Hemera mounting points around the linear rail block mounting points, making it incredibly stiff.
I recommend printing it out of at least PETG with 4-5 walls. I printed mine out of Polycarbonate. Materials needed:
- Assortment of flat head/flush 3mm screws
- 2x M3 6-8mm length button head screws for the BL Touch Mount
- 2x 3mmx6mm Brass Heatset inserts for the bolts for the BL Touch Mount
- Small Zip Ties for cable management slots.
