So this is the forth country i've made so far. Started out with Norway, Germany and Italy. Now USA, only 191 to go?….

Anyways, i printed mine with PLA an 15% infill and 200% size. Used outside brim witch removed very easily when done. Be careful when removing the brim around Hawaii and Alaska.

The hole in the base is made to fit the USA piece perfektly, no glue needed.

I also used ironing, but i find using the PEI plate gives the front a very nice sparkelig finish.
