This tool is used to open Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) locks and doors while the core has been removed. It has holes to accept pins if the insert remains in the lock but also has a pawl on the tip to act as an insert if not available.

This is not a complicated part, but can be quite useful; it should print nicely with no supports if oriented correctly on the build plate.

Any mostly stiff material should work but I used cheap PLA.

UPDATE 12-02-2023:

Added keychain sized tool, to fit more conveniently on a keyring with control keys.

UPDATE 11-09-2025:

Added flattened tool, to fit BEST on a keyring with control keys.
