In our living room furniture, which is over 30 years old, the shelf supports become brittle and break at the slightest vibration.
Since the shelves are milled out on the sides, the supports must have exactly the same dimensions. Apparently there are hundreds of different shapes and I haven't found the same supports anywhere. So I drew them myself and printed them horizontally in PETG.
To ensure that the load is also supported laterally, I added the triangle below.
The picture shows the transparent original (one of the few still intact) and the replacement in PETG red.
For customisation, I add the Fusion360 file as I almost always do.

Bei unseren über 30 Jahre alten Wohnzimmermöbeln werden die Regalbodenträger spröde und brechen bei der kleinsten Erschütterung.
Da die Regalbretter seitlich ausgefräst sind, müssen die Träger exakt die selben Abmessungen haben. Anscheinend gibt es hunderte verschiedene Formen und ich habe die gleichen Träger nirgends gefunden. Daher habe ich sie selber gezeichnet und in PETG liegend gedruckt.
Damit die Last auch seitlich abgefangen wird, habe ich unterhalb das Dreieck eingefügt.
Im Bild das durchsichtige Original (eines der wenigen noch intakten) und der Ersatz in PETG rot.
Für eine eigene Anpassung füge ich wie fast immer die Fusion360 Datei hinzu.
