Roller Blind Bracket for long Doublelayer Rollos

Important: I highly recommend version 3, it has a step for easier push in stuff and keeps in mind the size of the roll mechanism.

So hey,

i ordered a doublelayer rollo from amazon and its 2meters long, so the roll of the cotton gets quiet thick.
To thick to even roll the whole thing up…… Yep right, you cant roll it up since the metal end and the cotton roll hit each other half way through and no more uprolling possible.
Thats why i redesigned the whole thing.

See left: the useless piece of plastic amazon shipped.
See right: The reworked version, also i decided to make the holes for the screws longer, so its way easier to assemble, and the main improvment is the space between the gear and the rectangle where you put the metal bar in.

So it also works as a replacement if you break it.
I printed it in 100% pla and works fine. Petg is prefereable i guess.

The amazon trash is called “bobodeco Doppelrollo”, but this thing should pretty much work with all the rollers that have this slide-in-snapmechanism i showed in the first image (gif).

V2 is not bending that far and has even more space for the roll.
