This is designed to be printed at .2 mm layer height with no supports. I used ASA, but I'm sure PLA or PETG will be fine. It isn't heavy so it will float if it isn't secured to the tank with a suction cup. The suction cup is made to clip onto the airline attachment area or to the airline itself.
Sponges: approx. 8.5x5cm/3.4x2 inch cylinder, the inside hole diameter is 2.1cm/0.8 inch, please note these are pre filter sponges, so only have a single hole. I uploaded a second version with no bottom holes which can be used with sponges that have the hole all the way through. Or you could wrap other filter media around the cylinder and use zip ties or rubber bands to secure.
