(1) for 4.7mm total thickness of Panel/Foamtape
(2) the pin is designed to hold in the frame-sided part, the panel will lift off without pin. The lower pin is by design 1mm lower. It's still a 5x50 pin but reassembly is made easier with that whilst using one pinlength for the upper & lower hinge.
(3) uses M3x8 for the panel mount & M3 heatinserts at the backplate
(4) STL's for left and right; upper & lower hinge
