I didn't like how the pads weren't very constrained in the caddy and it made it a bit harder to load a new one on the wand, so I made this to fill in that extra space.
This is intended to be printed in vase mode with .9mm of bottom layers. I used a perimeter width of .7mm. You can do this with a .45 nozzle just fine but the one printed here was done with a .6 nozzle. Alternatively you could do 2 perimeters of .4 and that will just take longer.
I printed using .3 layers, .7 perimeter width at 60mm/s and it took about 2.5 hours and 102 g of PLA.
This has clearance features to avoid the clips that attach the handle holder to the caddy. Just make sure it is put in the right direction.
