Rugged Pinecil XXL Case

I made this remix to fit two inserts in the top and my powerbank in the bottom piece.

You can either fit two inserts next to each other in the top part or use the dual width one i made. The one i made allows for a sligthly longer cable since by fusing them, i was able to remove some of the wall that two next to each other would have and use that space for a bigger cable holder.

The bottom part is deeper than normal and is made to fit the powerbank i used.

The pegs on the standard powerbank insert are NOT meant to hold it in place, they are more like a guide for it to be centered. I use a piece of double sided tape to hold it in.

I also used these usb c - usb c 90 degree adapters to not have to take the powerbank out. Just put them in pointing up.

Update 16/02/2024:

Added Folders to sort out the “normal” bottom piece and the one including the Omnifixio mounts.

“Top Logo”, “Insert-top-dual”, “Latch”, “Seal” are the same for both versions.

The folder “Bottom powerbank only” is the same as before with the center powerbank.

The folder “Bottom incl. omnifixio” is the new files. The new files are taller - so you can fit the powerbank only insert into the bottom shell, but it would leave a few mm of a gap.

 You cannot put the new omnifixio insert into the old shell, it would be to tall and you wouldn't be able to close the lid.

So you have to print the shell and insert from the same folder.

The new insert for the powerbank moves the powerbank to the bottom left corner to make space on the right and adds an edge above to put in the omnifixio base.

The right side adds holders for the clamps and mangetic bases taken from @madejackson's remix.

The pegs on the new insert are stronger and don't need double sided tape to hold them in.
