A simple wall-mountable shelf for bottles, spices, etc.

We never have enough spots to store all our spices, vitamins etc. in the kitchen, so I made this shelf. It is big enough for those jumbo vitamin bottles that Costco sells, and also accommodates those huge Badia spice bottles from the supermarket.

This model takes about 7.5 hours to print using the 0.3mm draft preset on my Prusa i3 MK3 S+. It might be faster on a MK4 or other newer printer.

The holes are to save on filament. The top of each circle has some hanging artifacts that I haven't figure out how to prevent, short of adding supports to each hole, which seemed unnecessary (and uses filament). If anyone knows a way, kindly leave a comment and teach me!

I made this about as wide as practical on my printer. It could be widened maybe by another 1 cm; you could play with it in the slicer, if you need it bigger (or smaller).

There are 8 screw holes; be careful about over-tightening, which can crack the plastic. It seems to hang pretty securely even on drywall, if you use at least 4 screws. But I would recommend against trusting it with glass bottles, crystalware etc. 😏

You can find this model on TinkerCad as “bath-bottle-rack-stretched-100mm-deep”, if you wish to modify/remake.
