These hooks are designed to clip onto the wooden rods of common plant stands that can be found online (the rods are 15.5mm wide). They clip on securely but also slide easily to adjust their position. They also have a downward hanging hook designed specifically to support grow light bars.
The hooks are 20mm (~¾") wide and the supports are designed for grow lights that are approximately 12mm thick and 16mm wide. Note that the supports are not designed to clip onto the light bars or to hold them snugly, but simply to support them; if something pulls on the wire, they can easily become unseated.
