Adding an SSD to an Raspberry Pi, I wanted to have the two units together, with a bit of air-flow around them. Or use the ‘ears’ to just mount your SSD solidly on its own.
These 'ears' will align, for example, with the RPi case from @plammers on here. For me this is an RPi4B, but other cases should align with the same (75 x 75mm) mounting holes as well, though I haven't checked any for suitable alignment.
Note: mount the clamp ears to the drive first – if you were to use it without attaching to the ears to the SSD you'd risk the drive falling out, which you don't want.
Pics show the alignment, and a little floor-stand I use for working on the RPi + SSD when I need it nearby during development (this is a HomeAssistant installation).
Orient the ears on your print bed in an upwards “U” orientation so that you don't need any supports.
