The boxes are also not designed to fit back into the game box.
Full Size Decks (Players, Damage, Time Cards, etc…)
Each player box has 3 parts: box, lid, and emblem. The box and lid are in the same file, the emblem is separate to allow either a finer nozzle or a colour change.
Mini Size Decks (Monster Behaviours)
Deck boxes for the monster behaviour decks in the Monster Hunter Board Game. The cards are 44x63mm in size so the boxes could be appropriate for other cards.
You need 5 boxes for each core set. If you have both core sets, there is a 10-slot frame to use instead of printing two 5-slot frames.
I printed with a brim for stability, but it may not be needed.
Print Settings
- Generic PLA.
- No supports required.
- Brim as needed - I used a brim for the mini boxes as they're quite thin, but the other boxes probably don't need one.
- I used a 0.4mm nozzle for the mini boxes and 0.6mm for the standard boxes
Post Processing
Some internal faces may need to be sanded back for a smoother feel. Emblems for the standard boxes can be glued on.
Anything that slides into something (lids, boxes into frames) should be slid back and forth a few times to check that they slide nicely.
