I needed some pulleys to make use of my ridiculous high ceiling in my apartment. I had 608z bearings around and sketched up this design.
This is not meant for heavy applications! Use with care!
I have tested these pulleys with 3kg of weight and there is no sign of damage or deformation
BOM
| Amount | Part | Information |
| 1 | 608zz Bearing | |
| 1 | M3x10mm cylinder head screw | DIN EN ISO 4762 or similar |
| 1 | Baseplate | PETG or ASA Print with high infill and with at least 4 perimeters |
| 1 | Bolt | |
| 1 | Boltcap | |
| 1 | BearingWheel | Material and print settings don't matter |
| x | Rope | 6mm or smaller |
| 2 | connectors for attaching to ceiling/wall | Countersunk screw with 9mm head diameter |
Assembly
Print all the parts and clean up corners and holes as necessary. Remove the bridge layer in the boltcap to make space for the M3 screw.
- Push bearing wheel onto the bearing
- Insert bearing into the slot of the baseplate
- Connect bearing and baseplate with the bolt
- Attach boltcap with the M3 screw. Make sure the bearing can still rotate freely.

Attach the pulley wherever you like, I recommend a stop-knot in your rope to prevent slippage.
