This fits snug on the pressure relief valve and has plenty of clearance from the lid.
I did not model in the feature that allows the valve to open and close. I trimmed masking tape on the original then transferred the tape to the one I printed and carefully trim the profile.
Be careful trimming is very likely to cause layers to separate depending on how the side cutters are oriented. I took small snips to minimize this.
Printer settings:
Default for Generic ABS
25% infill
Use a brim (my first attempt lifted without a brim, I have an enclosure)
