Spindle that fits the Arkscan 2054 Thermal Printer. Rather than having two adjustable flanges that you have to center for each differing size, there are models with one side fixed - swapping label sizes is very easy, and then putting new rolls on the spindles is equally simple. Also has a stand included so the spools stand nicely.
Fusion360 file included as well since you may need different sizes than I needed. Have at it. Adjust “extrude5” offset field to be ½ the width of your particular spool.
