UPDATE: two versions are provided:
- 6906_v1_cylindrical: Initial version, mobile cylindrical rollers but very loose tolerances on rings, which may cause it to fall apart or break under strong perpendicular force
- 6906v2_single_core: Originally parametrized to have spherical rollers, due to scad tolerances it has a single mobile core. Surprinsingly, this doesn't affect much the friction and gives improved strength, so I left it as a v2
A 0.15mm or lower layer height is recommended for optimal results, and a monotonic infill with density in between 15% and 25% so bearings have some infill within their radius
I've found PETG to be the better material for this application after testing
lightweight applications only; Any lubricant may work well due to PLA's resistance but any mechanical greases or silicon lubricants will do the trick just fine, especially with PETG
