I designed this simple insert to change one of the shelfs of an Ikea Kalax shelf into a 10" rack.
I printed it in ASA with 4 walls and 50% infill.
You'll need M5 heated inserts and some M5 screws to mount the rails to the inserts. Every insert has a top and a bottom. If needed, they also have holes so they can be screwed into the shelf itself for more rigidity.
For the rails I used two 10u HMF 66808-02 Rackrails that I cut of to 7u height.
