I've been experimenting with using the Fuzzy Skin setting in Orca Slicer and have really liked the results. However, I was struggling to develop an intuitive understanding for the interactions between “Fuzzy skin point distance” and “Fuzzy skin thickness”. So this is a simple test print I created directly in Orca Slicer that varies both parameters within a grid.

The y axis varies the Fuzzy skin point distance parameter from 0.4mm up to 1.2mm in steps of 0.2mm. The x axis varies the Fuzzy skin thickness from 0.1mm up to 0.5 mm. I chose 0.5mm as the maximum because it's recommended not to exceed the outer wall line width which is my case is 0.42 and thus exceeding it by a small amount should be instructive.

I'm using a 0.4mm Nozzle and 0.2mm layer height
