I would recommend PC or a tougher nylon at 100% infill without supports and to do it a little slower than normal perhaps.

I have replicated the original just for the sake of completeness, I do not recommend making it. I believe it was made from some sort of injection molded acetyl.

Modified for printing, no supports needed. I would use this one, it should be the strongest and best. Based off of the original design.

A simple extrusion. Only use if you have trouble with the 'mod printing' version or you wish to CNC it or something.
