I noticed that the thin clip provided with the Thunderclap solenoid caused the movable element to tilt a bit, and figuring that might be causing some of the solenoids to sound a little muted, I modeled this part with a wing to better keep the element level.
I can't speak to whether or not the sound is much better just yet, but it seems the solenoids are a bit more consistent in sound in brief bench tests.
The throw distance for the element is also slightly larger than the stock clips in the attached 3mf (16mm total height vs 14mm), though this is customizable in the parameters for the Fusion 360 model.
