I didn't want to put the velcro directly on my drone so I modeled this and glued the strobe into it so I can remove it when I am not flying at night. This is modeled for the VIFLY strobe light, so I am not sure if it will work with other strobes. I printed it in PLA and it is flexible enough to snap on and off without breaking.
