Highlights
- A simple Gridfinity holder for a set of metric drill bits.
- Storage for 19 drill bits, from 1mm to 10mm, in 0.5mm increments.
- 0.5mm clearance on each hole for easy insertion.
- Occupies a 3x1 Gridfinity footprint.
- Holes are labelled, but I've included a version without labels if you prefer not to have them, or have another method of labelling.
- Labels look best when printed with two colours. I printed black text on an orange body (see photos). I don't have an MMU, but PrusaSlicer was smart enough to reduce the number of filament changes to two, for two layers of text.
- Included a sample 3mf project that's set-up for two-colour printing.
- I used Sunlu PLA+, with mouse ears on the corners to reduce warping.
Model
- FreeCAD model file is included in case you need to tweak.
Origin
- Model uses the FreeCAD Gridfinity base found in the Gridfinity Master Collection.
