The push button on my luggage's handle broke, so I made a replacement. My bag is a U.S. traveler bag so your mileage may vary on if it fits your specific luggage handle mechanism.
I simply printed mine in a face up orientation as the gap is plenty small enough to be bridged and you wont see that piece of the part but if your printer can't handle it you may need to add supports.
The print is blank on top but you can add your own text using the OnShape I made here. I also provided an example with my initials on top for some inspiration.
