This variant of BibbEZ is far easier to print.
Use uniform 0.2mm layer height with one wall and 100% infill. Selecting one wall is important for the bridging to work properly.
If you're using Cura, also turn on “experimental bridge settings” so that the bridges print properly.
See the screenshot for a good toolpath for the first bridge layer.
Once printed, snap off the support and trim any stray lines of filament.

v2 improvements:
- Moving the wall farther away to make it easier to detach from stringing or elephant's foot
- Thinning the bridge to make it easier to cut
- Making the wall go one layer above the bridge to make the bridge slice properly again (if you don't, the ceiling layer interrupts the bridge)
- Improving GCC shell compatibility by deepening the notch at the back
