I bought a toilet brush for my dorm room and it did not come with anywhere to put it after use. I took some quick measurements and had it printed about 10 minutes later. It's a pretty simple model but looks good enough.
My original design had an 80mm hole but it was a tight fit so I edited the model to 85mm to allow it to fit in better. I have not printed it yet though so feel free to use the smaller one.
Should be scalable to fit bigger brushes, but I'd recommend not making it any shorter.
Prints fine on my Ender 3 V3 SE with modified cooling, without support. It should be fine on non-modified ones as well but I figured I'd advise that my printer isn't fully stock.
