Buckle for 40mm Webbing-Strap
I was looking for a harness buckle for 40mm webbing similar to the buckles used on climbing harnesses. But since I couldn't find anything for sale at an acceptable price, I printed some myself.
The second part is simply pushed through the base buckle and then the webbing is pulled tight. My webbing has a width of 40mm and a thickness of approx. 1.6mm. I hope you can see from the pictures how the webbing is threaded.
