Tina2 Filament Guide

If, like me, you have a Tina2, but you're using a 1kg filament spool, then you have an external spool holder, or an extension of the original one.

In this situation I noticed that the extruder sometimes struggles to pull the filament, due to the angle the filament has. This would sometimes result in under-extrusion as well. With this little add-on, I was able to solve the problem, forcing the filament to enter the extruder from below, and not from behind.

Material: PLA

After Print

I used double-sided tape to stick it to the side of the printer, just under the extruder.

I sanded a bit the inner part of the ring after removing supports to reduce friction. To reduce it even more i put a bit of tape on the inside of the ring. The tape helps as it's smooth, but it's not really necessary in my opinion.
