I've tried by hand to get as much out of my Gogurt, and measured on average the Gogurt Squezer v2 (0.1mm thread) model gets the last gram out of the tube. After trial and error, I've added a hole so you can easily thread the Gogurt through.
I do not recommend using a larger than 0.2mm nozzle.
