This is my Chicky helper for soldering. It is capable of holding a sponge, tip cleaner, and several tips for your gun.
I have magnets that will be glued into various places on the model to help keep the piece straight. (See drawing for instructions)
You will notice a column in the middle of the body. This column will accept a penny in it so that heat is dissipated into the penny and not the plastic.
I have printed one out and went back to the drawing board for fine-tuning. I did not like the swivel hold-downs I had at first. Now everything seats with magnets and is much more friendly. It turned out nice. It is about 6 hours on the Bambu.
