My friend had little bobbins she'd picked up years ago similar to this, but no longer knew where they came from. Mine is slightly larger and not quite the same (improvement? who knows). Should be easily scalable, but best if only in the x-y axes. You want it to be a little bit flexible. I printed in PETG, with enough top and bottom layers to make it solid.
It's a fast print, so there's no reason not to have lots of them around for when you need them.
