Here is version 2 of the EV charge cable protector with some major improvements. The cable is set to the far edge of the door and has the absolute minimum thickness for sealing.
The sizes are: Tesla Wall Charger 14.5mm diameter, Tesla Mobile Charger 12mm diameter

You will need to make this strong, 3+ perimeters and heavy infill. Using a tough tape will be required for minimizing the thickness, which is the improvement from the original design.
