This balloon car requires kabob skewers for the axels. Straws are used for axel bearings and to blow up the balloon. The balloon coupler provides a way to couple the straws to the balloon.

The balloon is stretched over the coupler and held in place with a zip tie. The straws are inserted into the coupler, and held in place with hot glue. The hot glue is use to create a seal around the straws. The straw are fed through the holes on the car body.

The axles go into the wheels, the pocket on the face of the wheel can be used with hot glue to secure the axles in place. getting the wheels very close to the body without rubbing ensures that the car will travel straight.
