I created a rail coupling that can be easily printed without support.
I printed these from PETG with 25% cubic infill.
The hole in the wood should have a diameter of 5mm and a depth of approx. 15mm.
I created a version with exactly 12.5mm height and a slightly flatter one (10mm) so that there would be no problem if you didn't hit the exact middle when drilling.
