There is an awkward space next to my built-in fridge. The wall is pretty crooked, so putting in a shelf is rather complicated. Nevertheless, the shelves would only hold boxes anyway, so I decided to hang the boxes directly on the wall. I found a few models, but I preferred a single piece per side solution, so I designed my own. I've attached the FreeCAD file, if you wish to modify it.
Two of these 3D-printed parts allow you to hang your IKEA SAMLA box on a wall. The limiting factor regarding added weight is probably the flex of the box. The 3D-printed part is rather solidly attached to the wall, even though I am using tiny screws.
