Arduino Uno Prototyping Deck

The Prototyping Deck was designed to improve my workflow when testing my electronics projects. The top half is designed for prototyping and the bottom half will neatly store any accessories. The 2 halves snap fit together in a compact design making it easy to move around and use anywhere.

The Top Deck

This version of the Prototyping Deck allows the Arduino Uno to be mounted with M3 screws using compatible heat inserts with the provided holes. It also fits a standard full-sized 164x54mm breadboard and includes a smaller recessed area to keep extra LEDs, wires, or other modules on hand during prototyping.

The Bottom Deck

The bottom part of the enclosure doubles as a storage container to house additional electronics of various sizes.

Print Details

Please note that on most printers, you would only be able to print one half at a time. But you would easily be able to print both the top and bottom deck on the print beds of most popular printers such as the Ender 3, Prusa mk3, Bambu Labs X1C, etc. Each half has a footprint of 190mm by 185mm.

For the top deck, I would recommend printing at 15% infill, face-up with supports (printing face-down may result in visible bridge lines on some areas on the outer surface). The same settings can be applied to the bottom deck without any supports necessary.

Overall Dimensions

L190mm x W185mm x H50mm
