Updated V2 model (18/2/24) has been updated and added providing slightly larger & stronger louvres and adding an option gasket file to print in TPU to act as a noise reducer.
This is an insert to go into 100mm ducts to provide a one direction airflow. The vent louvres are closed by gravity alone and this is an all plastic model so it is good for bathroom vents.
The model is currently made up of 3 assemblies, the main body, optional gasket and the louvres.
Print using 1mm layer height.
Be careful when assembling, you need to flex each louvre in the middle to avoid breaking the spindles, also start with the lower louvre and work your way up, this is because they overlap slightly.
