This is a seatpost shim adapter I created to make my 27.2mm seat post fit into my tencays CGO 600 Pro bike with a 30.4mm tube. The adapter is 100 mm tall so that the seatpost does not wiggle.
I had to adapt the tolerances a bit (0.10mm wider on the outside, 0.18mm wider on the inside) to make it fict snugly, but not too tight. If you need any other size, let me know and I can creata a model.
The top has a small lip so that it does not fall into the tube. The lower end of the tube has 3 slits to accomodate for movement due to compression. The top and bottom are chamfered for easier insertion.
As this is a plastic part, I would not recommend to use it for a prolonged time, only as a stopgap until you have ordered a carbon / aluminium part.
