Just a quick model I whipped up to protect the tip on my Graph Gear 500 from accidental drops and my hand or thigh from surprise acupuncture sessions. This was designed and tested with the 0.5mm version; however, the tolerances at the tip should work with other sizes.
Printing Parameters
- Ender V3 SE, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm layers
- Printed in TPU. Not tested with non-flexible filaments
- Orientation - Point up
- 100% infill
- Wall Thickness: 3-4
- No supports needed
- No build plate adhesion needed.
