I wanted to have a fully 3d printed ptfe fitting that holds very well and this is what I came up with.

You have to score the marks on the ptfe tubes first with the jig of your choice, slide it into the fitting and screw in with the fastener or the nut.

The jig will grip the ptfe tube quite well and you won't have to hold this down when making that notch. These fitting also can be made as a coupler to extend your tubing.

I used this specific design on my spool holder and it worked great.

There are 3 model sets for coupler and jig, each has different key orientation. Print nut or fastener of your choice; wingnut for toolless operation, 14/16mm for use with a wrench.

Be careful on fastening this with wingnut as they will be very tight and you may sprain your muscle.
