This is my version of a retracting spool hanger. Using a chip-card zipper (you can get them easily online eg. here ) some M3 screws (1 x 55, 1x20, 1x30, 3x10) , two 8x22x7mm bearings, 3 springs (9,5x16mm), 12 5x5 cylinder magnets. Use some sanding-paper to add grip between the two cupping-disks and use the wheel to fine tune the tension. This version is made to word as a hanger, so the spools can run freely and can be changed quite easy.
