Quick model I made to replace a broken thread thee on on a Brother 1034D overlock machine/serger. Same layout & spacing as the original. Slight modifications made to enable printing without supports, bar shifted to the back of the post.
Should print w/o any supports. It's a fairly thin part so PETG might be a good idea, but PLA would probably work. The screw hole for attaching the part to the telescoping post is pretty small and may require cleaning out with a small ~2mm drill bit.
