GoPro Hero 11 Rugged Box Insert

Design

I designed this insert to hold my GoPro Hero 11 with its Media Mod, a Telesin battery charger box, a GoPro tripod adapter, the quick change plate of my tripod, a wireless lapel mic, its receiver and a short charger cable (the mic works with my phone, not the GoPro), and a few microSD cards. The insert is designed to fit in Whity's Rugged Box (Parametric). I set the box dimensions to 150mm x 120mm, with a box height of 50mm and a lid height of 25mm.

If you have a GoPro Hero 11, the Media Mod and a similar-sized battery box, you could print the insert as it is. However,  you'll probably need to modify it at least a little to fit the accessories you usually carry with your GoPro.

The microSD card slots are 11.4mm x 1.2mm. That size works well with the Sandisk cards I use. If you're not sure how well they fit your microSD cards, you could print the microSD card holder first to test the fit of your cards in the 11.4mm x 1.2mm slots.

Print Settings

I printed this with generic PETG on a Prusa Mini+ with a 0.6mm nozzle, with a 0.35mm layer height. After selecting the 0.35mm STRUCTURAL settings, I increased print speed by 20mm/s for all print moves. You could omit this and just wait a little longer for it print.

If you plan to use the gcode I've uploaded, please be aware that it is with the faster print speeds and lower than default temperatures (210ºC nozzle). These settings work well with the generic PETG I use, but you should probably adjust setting based on the filament you use.

Version 2

The only difference between version 2 and the one I printed (shown in the images) is that version 2 has the SD card slots as part of the insert, instead of a small card holder that fits a space in the insert.
