This foot step is made for vasemode printing, but it can be done conventional, if you do 0% Infill, no top/bottom layers and 2.2/3mm stack of perimeters.
I made mine in a 3mm wall vasemode print at 0.9mm layer hight with a 1.8mm CHT nozzle and Esun ABS+ (If you do print this on an non enclosed printer i would recomment to go with PETG, wich would give you excelent layer bonding😉).
Filament consumption is a little higher. The one i did weighs 1.12kg, thats why i added a 2.2mm version wich resoulds in ~975g, so you can do it in one spool, but be aware that this might resolud in lower load capacity (untested).
Dimentions: width=220mm, hight=210mm, length=274mm
The 3mm version is capable of withstanding a full load of me (85kg🙃):

I made this couse i hate my cheap creppy 6€ hardware store one. If you be interested i put a picture of my 6 prototypes which i printed in a 33% scale with 33% line width and so on to test my designes in a miniaturerise scale in the load and bending behavior.
