This is a low profile case for the 2.9" WeAct ePaper displays sold on aliexpress.
It features retaining pins to hold the display in the correct position, and a snap-fit mechanism to hold the case together. The cable is routed out the rear of the case.
Print with the top and bottom surfaces facing down.
0.4mm nozzle & 3 perimeters results in solid walls which seems to work quite well.
