ELFA Carry Case

Handy transport box for the ELFA
Suitable for 4 pods or two pods and an ELFA. So you always have everything together.
I have uploaded a version with threaded insert and a version without threaded insert.

Print settings:
- Layer height 0.2 to 0.3, I recommend 0.2 because of the snappers
- Infill 15-20%
- Walls 2-3
- Top and bottom layer 2-3
- Material: PLA / ABS / ASA or whatever you want

You also need:
- M3 threaded insert
- M3 x 12 / M3 x 15 countersunk screw
- superglue

Assembly:
Insert the threaded insert into the hole and apply a drop of superglue to the thread of the screw. Tighten the screw as tight as you like. Wait briefly until the glue has set and you're done. The screw will no longer turn when you open the lid.

The process is the same for the version without the threaded insert, but an M3 thread must first be cut into the hole.

Handliche Transportbox für die ELFA

Passend für 4 Pods oder zwei Pods und eine ELFA. So hat man alles immer zusammen.

Ich habe eine Version mit Gewindeeinsatz und eine Version ohne Gewindeeinsatz hochgeladen.

Druckeinstellungen:

• Layerhöhe 0,2 bis 0,3. Empfehle 0,2 wegen der Snapper
• Infill 15-20%
• Wände 2-3
• Top – und Bottomlayer 2-3
• Material: PLA / ABS / ASA oder was ihr wollt

Ihr benötigt zusätzlich:

• Gewindeeinsatz M3
• M3 x 12 / M3 x 15 Senkschraube
• Sekundenkleber

Zusammenbau:

Gewindeeinsatz in die Bohrung einsetzen und an das Gewinde der Schraube einen Tropfen Sekundenkleber geben. Schraube so feste ihr es gerne hättet anziehen. Kurz warten bis der Kleber fest ist und schon seid ihr fertig. Dadurch dreht die Schraube sich nicht mehr, beim Öffnen des Deckels.

Bei der Version ohne Gewindeeinsatz ist der Vorgang der gleiche, jedoch muss vorher ein M3 Gewinde in die Bohrung geschnitten werden.
