This simple design secures to the nearby usb-a port by a dongle. Meant to prevent accidentally hitting the top-located, recessed power button on NZXT H510 cases. It also prevents cats or children from purposefully hitting it. The center hole exposes the button to manually switch with a pen or thin object. Tested on one case but the series seems similar so it may work on multiple models.
