Needed a way to mount the Behringer MA400 (and its knockoffs) near orchestra members either on a mic stand or the music stand without needing extra stands.
Supports are only needed for the bolted mount inside the hex area.
Hardware Needed:
- 2- M3 x 8mm pan head bolts (Behringer MA400)
- 2- Command strips (Mackie HM-4 or others without mounting holes)
- 1- 1¼" x ¼"-20 hex hex bolt
- 2- ¼"-20 hex nuts
- 1- ¼" washer
- 1- Adjustable Jaw clamp (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09C3YVPV3?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details)
Assembly:
- Insert bolt through base
- Place washer and tighten nut to base
- Start other nut onto the bolt
- Place jamb nut hand onto nut
- Attach Adjustable Jaw Clamp
- Move jamb nut/handle against clamp
- Attach MA400 via screws or Command strips
- Attach to mic stand or music stand
- Adjust direction by loosening jamb nut and rotating base into desired position, retighten jamb nut.
